We have been customers of E2E for almost two years. In that time we have addressed multiple complex issues that were out of the norm and they have helped us to correct the problem and continue to function. In the fall 2022 we had a fire in our server room and then a flood from the sprinkler system. This resulted in a loss of nearly every electronic in the office. They came out the day of the fire to start getting the items we needed ordered. And continued to work through the massive list of projects and all of the unrealistic deadlines to get our office open again. We appreciate this team so much. We've been a customer at E2E for over five years. The techs are good, and know our systems well. Management is immediately responsive to any issues that may arise. We have utilized them for our computer systems and they also managed a revitalization of many of our spaces. During that project they oversaw contractors for lighting, custom automatic blinds, painting and some light construction. As COVID struck, they ensured in a matter of days that our staff was equipped to make the transition to work from home so that we had no down time in service to our community. Highly recommend.
