Infrastructure Technician
Job Description:
Structured Cabling Technicians perform skilled infrastructure/structured cabling work in the installation, service and maintenance, repair, and alteration of low voltage category cabling, fiber optic cabling, communications cabling, and other various low voltage cabling systems. You may also be completing physical installations and removal of structured cabling components, cabinets, pathway systems, moving equipment racks, and related communications infrastructure materials.
Tier 1 Service Desk
Job Description:
The Service Desk Dispatcher is responsible for attaining maximum utilization of internal and field resources through daily dispatch of service requests by both monitoring and managing incoming client requests so that they can be dispatched to the appropriate resource.
Tier 2 Network Administrator
Job Description:
The Network Administrator is responsible for maintaining the design and integrity of the internal systems, including customer-facing hosted and cloud environments, as well as providing technical assistance to team members with system and network requests.
